In order to keep you consistent, there is a non-refundable, non-transferable cancellation fee of 50% of the total service for any no-shows and cancellations not made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
Last-minute rescheduling outside of the 24-hour window (including rescheduling due to late arrival by the customer) will result in a $10 fee applied to the total, regardless of the reason. This fee will be waived if the appointment is moved to a date within 5 business days (not including "closed" days) of the original appointment. There is no late fee, however, I ask that you please text before the start of your appointment to let me know your ETA and for further instructions, if any.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows and appointments cancelled less than 4 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE ON THE DAYS OF OPERATION.
Arrivals
We suggest that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, as we cannot guarantee an extension of appointment time for late arrivals.
